Cancellation Policy

1 - 30 Days After the Purchase of a new registration that is paid 100% a 100% refund of the paid registration total less $75 processing fee. All rollover registrations will be credited to a Book Lovers future event within 1 year.
After 30 days BLC tickets and passes are non-refundable, but if you can't attend, you can sell your ticket through the BLC Wait List Ticket Sells Form. A $75 admin fee is deducted from the ticket's buyback amount. The deadline to complete transfers is April 15, 2025.
Partial payments: We cannot process partial payments. If you choose the multiple payment option and fail to complete the payment within 15 days of the final payment due date, your registration will be canceled without a refund. You will have the option to finish your payments and then sell your ticket, via the BLC WaitList Ticket Sells Form.

There are no refunds for Author Registration. Refunds for medical or family emergencies may be approved by Jo Carol Jones. If approved, a $75 processing fee will apply.
