We use an Event ID system for each event in our program to ensure items are delivered to the correct location. This system is also helpful if you want us to handle the delivery. Our team of three dedicated staff members uses these IDs to ensure everything is placed correctly and on time.
**Note: We can assign an unique Event ID number to you for books, swag, and personal items that are not to be delivered directly to the event but set aside for you to pick up. Alternatively, you can use this general Author Personal ID 921, but please ensure your name is on the label. To receive a unique Event ID number, please contact Jo Carol at JoCarol@bookloverscon.com, and she will provide it to you.
