Refunds: A 100% refund (minus a $75 processing fee) is available for new registrations paid in full within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, all BLC tickets and passes are non-refundable.
Cancellation Process: To initiate a cancellation or ticket transfer, email jocarol@bookloverscon.com with your Registration ID, full name, and email address.
There are no refunds for Author Registration. Refunds for medical or family emergencies may be approved by Jo Carol Jones. If approved, a $75 processing fee will apply.
