BLC26 will be held at the Flamingo Hotel on March 26th to the 29th, 2026.

Room Block Rates
BLC has worked out a room block for attendees of BLC26 at the Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel. Upgraded room options are available when you go to book. Our block is for the dates of March 25-30.
Single/Double occupancy rate is $189 per night, plus taxes and resort fees. This is $253.97 per night.
Triple (3 persons in a room with 2 Queen beds). This rate is $219 per night plus taxes and resort fees. The calculated rate per night, including taxes and resort fees, would be $287.99 divided by 3, equaling $95.66 per night.
Quad (4 persons in a room with 2 Queen beds) room. The rate is $249.00 per night plus taxes and resort fees. The calculated rate, including taxes and resort fees, per night would be $322.00 divided by 4, equaling $80.50 per night.
If you have any issues reserving the room dates you would like, please let us know. You can then send an email to hotel@bookloverscon.com with your confirmation number and the additional dates you would like to reserve.
If you would like to have us check for getting you a suite upgrade, reserve your room with the dates you would like, and then send an email to hotel@bookloverscon.com with your confirmation number, and let us send you the additional information on the suites.
Please note that if you book outside the block, we cannot assist with any changes.
Individual Cancellations
The properties allow individual attendee cancellations without penalty up to 6 weeks before the attendee’s scheduled arrival date. The properties will charge the individual attendee one (1) night’s guest room rate plus tax for cancellations less than 6 weeks prior of the scheduled arrival date or failure of the individual attendee to check-in on the scheduled arrival date (each a “no-show”). Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be canceled without additional penalty.
IF an individual cancels their reservation inside the 6 weeks prior to arrival they will forfeit their 1 night deposit UNLESS approved by Book Lovers Con. Please note if Book Lovers Con has someone on the wait list they will have the hotel move the reservation to the new individual and you will recieve your deposit back.
Check-In for Hotel
It is Property’s standard policy to require a credit card from individual attendees upon check-in for incidental charges. Do not use a debit card, the property’s will place a hold of $75 (or more) per day for every day of your stay at the hotel.
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge. Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years of age or older.to book.
Resort Fees
All hotels require a daily resort fee of $35 per day per room., the normal rate is $45 per day.
Parking
Onsite parking is available for $20 per day for self parking, and $40 per day for valet.
