Shipping Options

Option 1: Carry Your Items to the Hotel at Check-In.

Bring your items with you when you check into the hotel. For those of you who are driving, this could be the most convenient and cost-effective solution.

Option 2: Ship your items directly to the hotel.

Please note that all parcels will incur a receiving charge, which is determined by the weight of each package. Keep in mind that this fee is subject to change, so it’s a good idea to check with the hotel for the most current rates.

Letters – 2.0 lbs – $5.00 each
Letters – 2.1 lbs -10 lbs – $10.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 2.0 lbs -10 lbs – $10.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 11-20 lbs – $15.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 21-30 lbs – $20.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 31-40 lbs – $30.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 41-60 lbs – $40.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 61-80 lbs – $50.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 81-100 lbs – $80.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 101+ lbs – $0.80 each additional pound
Pallet/Skid/Crate – $400 each

Option 3: Ship your items directly to the hotel through Book Lovers Con.

Your packages will be delivered to us upon our arrival, and we’ll set them aside for you to pick up. The hotel will bill you for this service when you check in, using the same pricing as Option 2. The advantage of this option is that you won’t need to request hotel staff to move your items to the convention space, as we have a dedicated room set up for this purpose. Please ensure you place an Event ID number on the label so we can easily identify it and set it aside for you.

Option 4: Send your items to BLC before the event.

Send your items to BLC before the event, ensuring they arrive by February 20th. This option offers the advantage of early notification if any package is damaged, allowing us to inform you before your arrival.

Pricing information for this option:

Letters – 2.0 lbs – 10lbs $5.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 1.0 lbs -9 lbs – $10.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 10-50 lbs – $15.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 51-100 lbs – $40.00 each
Boxes/Tubes – 101+ lbs – $0.80 for each additional pound
Pallet/Skid/Crate – $300 each

Exception to these fees: Registration Bag Inserts. You can send up to 2 packages for inserts without any charge. Any additional packages will incur standard fees.
